The Surf Shop

Welcome to Trebarwith Strand Surf Shop. Originally opened in the 60's The Surf Shop has always been the place to get all the bits and pieces you will need for a decent day at the beach. Now run by Shaun and Nikki Boundy, the shop has everything from buckets to wetsuits; from ice cream to surf boards.

The shop prides itself on selling good quality products at reasonable prices. Our wetsuits come in a range of qualities, sizes and prices and, to ensure you get the best one to suit you, our staff are always at hand to give advice and help with sizing. We stock a range of bodyboards and surfboards too, catering for all abilities from the first-time boardrider to the keen pro-surfer!

At The Surf Shop we also hire out wetsuits, boards, boots, flippers and gloves. More information on hire and prices can be found here. As well as all of this we have managed to find room for a load of toys, jewellery, gifts, buckets, spades and, best of all, ice cream!

We sell only the finest ice cream in Cornwall courtesy of Callestick Farm, Truro. Seriously, their ice cream is the best. We sell favourites such as double chocolate fudge and clotted cream vanilla but also we have adventurous ice creams including apple pie and oriental ginger. And they are gooood.

The latest addition to the shop is our logo merchandise. We now sell a range of high quality t-shirts and hoodies that sport the ever more recognised logo. As well as the clothing we have mugs, jupe bags and money pots. These items are online for you to buy. Just click Shop Online.

To get a full idea come in and have a look around sometime. Directions and maps are just below. Until then, thanks for taking a look at our site and we hope you like it.

"Hmm, but, how do I get there?"

OK. Listen up, because getting here can be complicated depending on where you are coming from. One thing to bear in mind whichever direction you are venturing from, the roads around here are very narrow. For these reasons we recommend that you drive carefully. A top tip: be cautious of the route that is given by a sat-nav. Giving the quickest route, sat-navs don't care about the condition of the roads they send you on. The map below has been modified to give the best routes, avoiding the nasty roads, from the local towns and villages. Once you get near to Trebarwith Strand you will see a large car park on the right. Park there and then head towards that big rock; you are just a short walk away. We are the shop on the right hand side next to The Strand Cafe.
